Strength and agility training for young athletes of all ages. The focus of the class will be on helping athletes develop their bodies athletically through movement, weight training, cardio, balance and coordination. Through group exercise and incorporating healthy habits, we will work to give them the knowledge and power to be confident athletes on and off the field.

Our Instructors

Paige Erickson

I’m 26 years old and I’m originally from Westbrook, Minnesota. Growing up I enjoyed playing sports and being active which influenced my desire to study kinesiology. In 2019, I received my bachelors degree in exercise science and minor in sports medicine from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Shortly after graduating I decided to move to San Diego to continue further my education and career. In 2020, I successfully became a national academy of sports medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer (CPT).

For the past 2 years I’ve been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor helping individuals reach their health goals. I specialize in strength and conditioning as I believe that it’s an important factor for performance and overall wellness. I’m excited to work with young athletes to help improve strength through hard work and determination.
