The Line Training LLC, operates TheLineTraining.com, which is an athletic traning facility geared towards youth sports. The Line Training.com allows users, or "fans," the ability to create profiles for the purposes of communicating with other fans. The The Line Training services are hosted in the United States.

By accessing or using the services of The Line Training, you agree to the Terms of Use outlined below, also referred to as the “Agreement.” In order to be authorized to use the The Line Training services, you must agree to follow all laws, rules, regulations, and the terms set forth in this Agreement, and opt-in that you have read the Terms of Use at the point of registration. The Line Training reserves the right to update the Terms of Use periodically. All members will be notified of any changes. Your continued use of the site will constitute agreement of the revised Terms of Use.

Your safety
Upon joining The Line Training, you will be prompted to select an account password. You agree that you are responsible for your account, and will not disclose your password, or use the password of another member. If you suspect fraudulent activity on the account, you agree to notify The Line Training immediately. If you are under the age of 18, you agree not to create a The Line Training account.

Account Security
You will not create an account for another person without permission. You agree not to share you password with others, or let other people use your account. We reserve the right to reclaim any usernames if they contain prohibited content, offensive language, or pose trademark issues. You agree your The Line Training account is for the purposes of discussing sports (professional, amateur, or personal) and that you will not use your account for commercial or monetary gain.

Use by members
Your The Line Training account may not be used to promote products or services that are not specifically endorsed by The Line Training. You agree that The Line Training is not a platform to promote other products and services. Content such as commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other unauthorized data collection or solicitation will result in the removal of the subject matter, and potential termination of the account. The use of third party promotion sites or software is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Content/Member Conduct
Content containing any of the following is prohibited and will be removed, and the account will be subject to termination:
• Spam, or any other unsolicited mailing to fans
• Promotes or encourages gambling
• Promotes or encourages illegal activity or behavior
• Contains nudity, promotes pornography, or other offensive subject matter
• Unauthorized collection of fan information
• Contains viruses, worms, bots, code, files, or programs that disrupt the functionality of the network, or provide unauthorized access
• Intimidate, threaten, harass, or stalk other users
• Violates privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights, or any other rights of another person
• Photograph(s) or video(s) containing other people, without the consent of that person or persons
• Any behavior that creates legal or reputational risk for The Line Training
• Contains advertisements or solicitations for users to purchase or sell products or services.

Your rights regarding content The text, photos, videos, and any other content that you post on the The Line Training site, is owned by you. The Line Training provides you with the tools via privacy settings to control how your content is shared. By posting content, you agree to grant The Line Training a limited license to display, delete, modify, reproduce, and distribute your content on the The Line Training website. For the avoidance of doubt, the limited license does not allow The Line Training to display, delete, modify, reproduce or distribute your content beyond the The Line Training website.

Your Photos You agree that The Line Training may resize files at our discretion to meet our website parameters. (For example, if you upload a photo with an excessive file size, we may resize the file, which may cause the photo to appear less clear.) Additionally, you agree not to upload team logos, photos of celebrities and athletes. Photos that contain pornographic, offensive, hateful, or violent content are strictly prohibited. Additionally, photos impersonating others may not be uploaded. You agree that you will not post any copyrighted photos without written permission from the photographer. If photos containing any of the content listed above are uploaded, we reserve the right to refuse the photo upload or remove the photo and your account may be terminated.

Copyright In using The Line Training, you agree to honor the intellectual property of others. You agree not to upload, embed, post, email, or otherwise make available any material that infringes upon any copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any other party. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate removal of the material, and potential termination of the account.

Mobile Fans who opt in to receive sports related text messages will not incur charges from The Line Training, but standard text message fees from the carrier will still apply. In the event that you change your phone number, you agree that the new phone number must be updated with The Line Training within 24 hours to ensure that text updates are not sent to the incorrect person. To update your phone number, go to Account, then Settings.

Disputes You agree that you are responsible for any and all interactions you have on The Line Training. We reserve the right to become involved, if we so choose, but are under no obligation to be come involved. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nevada. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Nevada courts to resolve any disputes.

Disclaimers The content displayed on The Line Training does not necessarily represent the views of The Line Training. Additionally, The Line Training can offer no guarantees as to the accuracy of the content posted. The Line Training is not responsible for the opinions expressed by members and takes no responsibility for any third party advertisements posted on The Line Training. The services offered by The Line Training are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Limitation on liability IN NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL The Line Training BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF The Line Training SERVICES. The Line Training’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CUASE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO The Line Training FOR THE The Line Training SERVICES DURING YOUR The Line Training MEMBERSHIP PERIOD.

Indemnification IN THE EVENT THAT A PARTY BRINGS A CLAIM AGAINST US ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF The Line Training, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD The Line Training, OUR AFFLITIATES, SUBCONTRACTORS, AN OTHER PARTNERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES AND COSTS) RELATED TO THE CLAIM.

Other If any portion of these Terms of Use are deemed unenforceable, it will have no bearing on the remainder of the Agreement, which will remain full force and effect. In the event that this fail to enforce any aspect of this Agreement, it will not be considered a waiver. We reserve the right to make periodic amendments to this Agreement. In such case, we will provide you notice of an updated Terms of Use. You agree not to use any The Line Training trademark (including F2F) without our written permission.

READ CAREFULLY PARENTAL/GUARDIAN CONSENT AND WAIVER I am aware and acknowledge that my or my child’s participation in Personal Training Services conducted by The Line Training, L.L.C. poses the potential risk of injury/illness to me, my child, guests and spectators. For and in consideration of the opportunity for me or my child to participate in such Personal Training Services, I hereby voluntarily release, discharge, waive, and hold harmless The Line Training, it’s officers, managers, members, agents, or employees (collectively “TLT”) from any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, or wrongful death (the “claims”) occurring to me, my child or any guests arising in any way whatsoever as a result of my child’s participation in such Personal Training Services. I furthermore agree to indemnify and defend TLT against any such Claim for personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising in any way whatsoever as a result of me or my child’s engaging in the above-described Personal Training Services. I give The Line Training and its employees, agents and/or independent contractors in case of emergency, permission to have me or my child treated and authorize emergency medical personnel permission to treat upon my absence. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER FORM AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THIS RELEASE OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
